Two taps
make a working day.

Teemzapp signs in to the Odoo your company already runs, then handles the everyday from your phone: clocking in and out, booking time off, claiming what you spent, and keeping track of the kit you've been issued.

An example day: in at 09:02, out at 17:46. The app keeps the running total while you work, and the whole timesheet after you stop.

No ads. No tracking. Your records stay in your company's own Odoo database.

Four things, done properly

Attendance

Start the day with one tap, end it with another, and see where the hours went.

  • Your location is read once, at the moment you punch — never in the background
  • A live timer while you work, today's total, and a timeline of the day
  • Weekly hours, days present and your average check-in time
  • The full timesheet history, as far back as it goes

Time off

Check what you have left before you ask for the day.

  • Balances for every leave type your company runs
  • Request a full day, a half day, or a few hours
  • Attach a medical certificate or any supporting document
  • Watch each request move through approval

Expenses

Claim it while the receipt is still in your hand.

  • Photograph the receipt, or attach a PDF
  • Pick a category, enter the amount, send it for approval
  • Follow the claim from draft through to paid

Assets

The laptop, the phone, the toolkit — all accounted for.

  • Scan an asset's QR code to receive it
  • See everything currently issued to you
  • Request a return when you're done with it

It speaks your company's Odoo

Teemzapp connects straight to your own Odoo server. Leave types, expense categories, status names and fields all come from your company's setup — so the app uses the same words as the people approving your requests.

Your server, your data

Records are written to your company's Odoo database, on infrastructure your company controls. Nothing is copied to us.

Nothing follows you

No advertising, no advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics building a profile of you.

Location only at the punch

One coordinate, captured the instant you check in or out. The app never reads your location in the background.

Ask your admin for the server address.
